Order Placement Guideline
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please make sure to provide your email address when placing your order. If not, you will not receive your order confirmation via email. Once an order has been submitted, changes to ship to address cannot be accommodated. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
All orders are processed and shipped from the Dominican Republic. Please note orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.
Pre-order items take within 5 to 15 business days to produce after order has been processed. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-7 business days.

In-store Pick Up* ( take 2 -10 working days, depending item availability)
International Shipping Guidelines
All international orders are shipped via FEDEX Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. They have extra cost of US$55.00
Free International Shipping on all orders over US$700 and up.
Orders are processed within 2 business day. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required. JUSEF SANCHEZ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. JUSEF SANCHEZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. JUSEF SANCHEZ is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Please note there are exceptions to the above. If you need your order in a hurry please contact us at contactus@jusefsanchez.com prior to make sure your item is in stock and ready to ship.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Dominican Republic.
Duties & Taxes
International customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes. In order for your order to be processed duties and taxes must be prepaid.
